Chicago Auto Show Launches New Website and Mobile App for 2018

DES PLAINES, Ill., Jan. 11, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Americaneagle.com recently created the newly-redesigned website for the 2018 Chicago Auto Show. Americaneagle.com has been proud to host and redesign the website every year since 2004 for Chicago Auto Show, one of the world's largest auto shows.

Mike Svanascini, President of Americaneagle.com, commented, "The Chicago Auto Show is a highly valued Americaneagle.com client. Our goal each year is to produce a site that truly represents the prestige of this acclaimed auto show to the world. We have continuously evolved the Chicago Auto Show site over the years to ensure this iconic event is always represented by a cutting edge design with advanced, user-friendly functionality, suitable for the largest auto show in North America. This year we really focused on making the ticket buying process much easier."

John Hennessy, 2018 Chicago Auto Show Chairman, commented, "We are very excited to have our new site up and ready for Chicago Auto Show attendees to browse. Our longstanding relationship with Americaneagle.com means that each year we can trust the team to take the lead and produce an outstanding site we're always proud of. Thank you to the Americaneagle.com team for another stunning website!"

This year, Americaneagle.com conducted user analysis to make data-driven changes to the site design. This process led to a clean design that is bold, eye-catching, and easy for users to navigate.

The Chicago Auto Show mobile app has also been updated with new features and functionality. Ticket pages, contest pages and the 'best of show' page are now all native to the app – previously they were pulled in from the website. Customers can also purchase tickets on the mobile app using Apple Pay.

In addition to redesigns each year, Americaneagle.com also does all programming, hosts the site, and offers ongoing maintenance and support to the Chicago Auto Show team.
